Larry Chapman

Larry Chapman is the current Director of Human Resources at Inspire Software. Larry has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll management. Prior to their current position, they worked for Spy Optic, Inc. from January 2004 to January 2006 as the Human Resources & Payroll Manager. There, they were responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Benefits, Workers Compensation and Payroll administration for the publicly traded (NASDAQ: ORNG) Sunglass/Optical company. Their duties included, but were not limited to, recruiting personnel, new hire orientation and training, benefit management, payroll management & bi-weekly processing, conflict resolution & employee counseling, legal compliance with state and federal employment law & regulations, wage and hour law, continuing education/training, policy and procedure formulation, COBRA, workers compensation management, creating & maintaining IIPPs, serving as Safety Director, and conducting monthly safety meetings and site inspections.

Before their time at Spy Optic, Inc., Larry Chapman worked for No Fear, Inc. from March 1995 to December 2005 as the Human Resources & Payroll Manager.
