Ryan Hinkle

Ryan Hinkle is a seasoned engineering manager and software engineer with extensive experience in leading teams and delivering custom software solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at Inspire11 since July 2024, Ryan previously held a Senior Engineering Manager position at Integral, where responsibilities included supporting multiple managers and creating project roadmaps. Ryan has a strong background in software engineering, having worked at Quicken Loans and various other companies, focusing on modernizing legacy systems, implementing Agile practices, and enhancing client-facing web applications. Hinkle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Aquinas College.
