Ian Lees

Ian Lees is a seasoned operations professional with significant experience in managing diverse teams and optimizing logistics processes. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Inspired Go since May 2019, Ian oversees production, warehousing, and last-mile delivery while leading a creative team. Previously, Ian held the position of Operations Manager at Inspired Go, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive picking and packing system. Ian's background also includes roles in sales and relationship building within property management, as well as governance with the Students’ Association of Mount Royal University. Earlier experience includes payroll and scheduling at Alberta Health Services and store management at Liquor Depot. Ian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University.
