Derek Hannon

Derek Hannon is an experienced Test and Quality Consultant with a strong background in quality assurance and project management within the financial and technology sectors. Currently with Inspired Testing since August 2022, Derek previously served as Head of QA at Kantar XTEL and held roles such as Program Defect Manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments and Lead Delivery Consultant at QualiTest. Notable achievements include management of the full testing life cycle for major projects at NatWest Group related to data migration, open banking, and compliance, alongside delivering testing solutions for various financial initiatives at organizations like UBS, RAC, and Telefónica O2 UK. Derek holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University and a National Diploma and Certificate in Information Technology from Technological University Dublin.
