At Inspired to Change, we work with people who are tired of holding it all together. From the outside life might look fine, but inside there’s anxiety, overwhelm or a constant sense of pressure that never really switches off.

We support parents, professionals, young people and teenagers with anxiety, stress, low mood, confidence issues, habits they want to change and those moments when life shifts and nothing quite feels steady anymore. We don’t spend sessions picking over the past. Instead, we focus on what’s happening in the brain right now and how to help it settle, reset and move forward.

Our approach is solution-focused hypnotherapy. In simple terms, we help people understand why they feel the way they do and give them practical tools to change it. No judgement. No forcing positivity. Just calm, supportive work that builds confidence and resilience over time.

This matters because when your nervous system feels safe, everything feels different. Sleep improves. Thinking becomes clearer. Reactions soften. People often tell us they feel more like themselves again — sometimes for the first time in years.

We see these changes every day. Not quick fixes, but steady, meaningful shifts that carry into work, relationships and everyday life.
Whether we work together online or in person, our priority
And the best bit? We do all of this without any need to revisit the past or unpick old problems!

Resilience and Wellbeing Training

Whether you are a local or national business, a school or charity, or a local community or business group, Inspired to Change have a range of talks, webinars and workshop opportunities to support you and your teams.

As clinical hypnotherapists and mental health specialists, we have a deep understanding of how the brain works and how that can impact us in the workplace, or at school, as well as in our personal lives (and of course, we understand that the two impact each other!)
