Aaron Lawrence

Aaron Lawrence is currently the Head of Wellbeing at the International School of Monza, having taken on the role in 2025. Previously, Aaron served as the Head of the Virtual School in Stoke-on-Trent from 2022 to 2025 and has a rich background in education, including positions as a Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Head of School at various institutions. Aaron began their career as a PE teacher, later becoming Head of Year in a mainstream secondary school before gaining extensive experience in alternative provision settings, driving schools toward Outstanding judgments. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Brighton.
