Francesca Rothkell

Francesca Rothkell is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Global Data Protection Officer and Senior Counsel at Inspired Education Group since June 2025. Francesca previously held the position of Head of Legal and Legal Counsel at Liberis from February 2021 to June 2025. Prior experience includes working as an Associate in the Corporate division at Latham & Watkins and as Legal Counsel at Culture Trip. Francesca’s legal expertise encompasses GDPR compliance, commercial and technology contracts, and intellectual property. Francesca began their career as a Paralegal at Levenes Solicitors and gained early mentorship experience with secondary school students through Pathways to Law. Francesca completed the LPC at The College of Law and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a 2:1 from The London School of Economics.
