James Day has extensive work experience in the education field. James began their career at Reddam House Sydney in 2010, where they worked in Economics & Business until 2014. James then moved to Reddam House Berkshire in 2015 and held several positions including Director of Studies, Head of Economics & Business, and ultimately Head of School until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at Inspired Education Group, initially as the Director of Customer Acquisition & Experience for Europe until 2021, then as the Director of Customer Acquisition & Experience for APAC until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Customer Acquisition & Experience.

James Day attended The Scots College from 1997 to 2002. James then enrolled at UNSW from 2003 to 2006. No degree or field of study was specified for either educational institute.
