Keith Fleming currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Europe and Online at Inspired Education Group since April 2019. Previously, Keith held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Special Crops Division at ED&F Man from September 2013 to May 2019, and also worked in various roles including Corporate Development Senior Manager and Corporate Development Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Keith was with Lloyds Banking Group from September 2007 to August 2013, where duties included Origination & Structuring in Leverage Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions in Corporate Development. Experience also includes an executive role at PwC in Audit & Assurance and Transaction Services, as well as analyst work focused on Accounting & Audit Advisory at PKF. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAS, a Corporate Finance qualification from ICAEW, and a BA Hons in Accounting & Economics from the University of Strathclyde.
