Rita Gonçalves

Rita Gonçalves currently serves as the HR Director for Portugal, Northern Europe, and Greece at Inspired Education Group, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Rita spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where roles included Director of Professional Development for Growth, Marketing and Sales, Head of Professional Development and Staffing for Marketing and Sales Europe, and other managerial positions. Rita's educational background includes an MBA in Management from INSEAD and a Master's in Science in Management, as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics.
