Steve Axe

Steve Axe is an accomplished marketing executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Inspired Education Group since December 2023 and as a Bain External Advisor at Bain & Company since June 2023. Previously, Steve held significant roles at Nomad Foods as Executive Board Member and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing marketing, insights, analytics, sustainability, and plant protein divisions from December 2017 to March 2023. Prior to that, Steve spent 17 years at Mars, where responsibilities included Managing Director for Belgium and various strategic marketing roles across Europe, culminating in leading brand strategy for global brands within the pet care portfolio. Steve began a career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, gaining extensive experience in marketing across cosmetics and skincare. Academic credentials include an Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD and a Global Business Consortium from London Business School, along with ongoing studies in Chartered Management from the Chartered Management Institute and at the Institute for Real Growth.
