Tarcila Steter has a strong background in technology and digital transformation consulting. Tarcila has held various roles at different companies, including being the Global Head of Software at Inspired Education Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Delivery and Digital Transformation Consultant at an independent company from 2010 to 2023. Tarcila also has experience as a Managing Director of Engineering & Product and Director of Engineering and Technology at Time Out Group plc from 2021 to 2022. Tarcila Steter's previous positions also include being an Interim Engineering & Delivery Director at @Leisure Group from 2018 to 2020 and an Interim Technology Director of Operations & Delivery at Time Out Group plc from 2016 to 2018. Tarcila has worked as an OTT Project Management Consultant at Sky, a Programme Management Consultant at JUST EAT, a Programme Management Consultant at STYLELAB, and a Professional Services Consultant at ON DEMAND GROUP. Tarcila Steter holds a BSc degree in Physics & Mathematics from USP - Mackenzie, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Tarcila also attended ETE Camargo Aranha from 1994 to 1997 for computer programming studies. Tarcila further pursued Economics at the University of London from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields such as A+, Network+, Security+, Project+, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, and Web Foundations Associate. Tarcila has also completed a Master of Engineering - MEng from The Open University.
