Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) is a forward-thinking multi-academy trust committed to inspiring the futures of children through the power of learning. Founded in 2016 by experienced educational professionals, children are at the heart of everything we do.

Based in the dynamic and fast-growing area of Milton Keynes, our trust includes 20 schools (as of January 2025) across Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire. While each of our schools is proudly unique, they are united by a shared ambition: to deliver a world-class education for every child.

A cornerstone of our trust is the well-established and highly respected Milton Keynes Teaching School Alliance and Two Mile Ash Initial Teacher Training. Through these partnerships, our colleagues benefit from exceptional professional development and a strong network of school-to-school support. New colleagues joining IFtL have priority access to our outstanding Initial Teacher Training programme—designed to attract and grow the next generation of inspirational educators.
