Michael Grant has extensive experience in the automotive and education sectors, beginning as a heavy vehicle technician from June 1978 to April 1989 across various companies. From May 1989 to December 2005, Michael served as an AA Roadside Patrol, transitioning to the role of technical trainer from 2000 to 2005. Following this, a position as Lead IQA was held at Babcock International Group from April 2019 to March 2023.
