Michael Marshall

Michael Marshall is an experienced automotive professional with a robust background in training and technical roles. Currently serving as a CPA for BMW Academy at Inspiro Learning since February 2023, Michael previously worked with BMW Group from January 2012 to September 2022 as a Career Programme Advisor/Assessor and Internal Verifier, managing 70 trainees in various automotive positions. Prior roles include Vocational Learning Manager at Jaguar Land Rover from September 2017 to July 2022 and a decade-long career at Sytner Group, where Michael advanced to the position of BMW Master Technician after completing over 100 technical training courses. Michael's automotive career began at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as a technician from June 1987 to January 1992, where Michael earned the title of Apprentice of the Year in 1990.
