Charus Campbell

Charus Campbell is an experienced talent acquisition and inclusive leader with a solid background in managing global recruitment operations and developing DEI strategies. Most recently, Charus served as the Talent Management, Corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at Shorelight, where they implemented the company's first global DEI policy and oversaw diverse hiring processes. Currently, Charus is the Program Manager at inSpring, leading university-driven candidate recruitment. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Auburn University, Charus has also held various positions at Auburn University, focusing on diversity initiatives and student recruitment.
