Floyd Chen

Floyd Chen has extensive experience in project and procurement management within the telecommunications industry. At Huawei from November 2021 to March 2024, Floyd served as a Project Control Manager and was a pioneer in a major global 5G project, as well as working as a Project Specialist managing deliveries in Cameroon. Following a role as a GTM Manager at Xiaomi Technology, Floyd took on the position of Procurement Manager at HONOR, overseeing procurement in the mobile phone sector. Currently, Floyd is the Sales Manager at Inspur Group, responsible for international sales in telecommunications. Floyd holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Warwick and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Construction Project Management from the University of South Wales and another in Construction Management from Suzhou University of Science and Technology.
