Katja Hakulinen

Katja Hakulinen is an experienced professional in the field of cyber security and IT support, currently serving as a Security Systems Specialist at Insta since May 2017. Prior to this role, Katja held various positions at Nets Oy from November 2008 to December 2016, including IT System Specialist focusing on Incident and Problem Management, as well as Service Desk Specialist. In earlier positions, Katja worked at Elan IT Resource Oy as a Technical Support specialist, providing first and second level support while training new agents, and at Silta Oy as an IT Trainee, offering IT infrastructure support. Katja holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2007.
