Markus Mäkelä has extensive experience in software development and technical leadership, starting with a role as a Technical Architect at Accenture from October 2011 to May 2012, where projects from Nokia were concluded and large software projects were coordinated across Finland, China, and India. From January 2013 to April 2017, Markus served as Lead Software Engineer at Sandvik Mining and Construction, overseeing the SICA control system platform and managing software teams with a focus on Agile methodologies. Following this, since April 2017, Markus has been a Software Developer, Cell Lead, and Coach at Insta, delivering project work for various industrial clients and developing embedded user interfaces and applications.
