Mika Leino

Mika Leino started their work experience as a Software Trainee at Prodax-Logix in 1994. Mika then worked as a Software Engineer at SQ Consulting Oy from 1995 to 2002. In 2002, Mika joined Insta Group as a Senior Software Engineer and progressed through various roles including Senior Software Architect, Group Manager, Development Manager, Business Manager, Director, and Cyber Security Project Director. Mika has been with Insta Group since 2002 and is currently responsible for cyber security consultation for critical infrastructure domains.

Mika Leino's education history includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from Tampere University of Technology. Mika attended the university from 1988 to 2002. In 2002-2003, they also completed a program at OHKO XIX, although the degree and field of study for this program are not specified.

In 2018-2020, Mika attended Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, where they completed the Turvallisuusjohdon koulutusohjelma program, focusing on Security and Safety Management.

In addition to their formal education, Mika has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a SAFE Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc. Mika also obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in 2013 from EXIN. Mika holds two certifications from The Open Group: TOGAF Certified in 2013 and TOGAF Foundation in 2013.
