Pekka Rinne

Pekka Rinne is an experienced professional in software development and system integration, with a career spanning over two decades in the telecom and public safety domains. Currently serving as a Security Service Specialist and Senior Software Engineer at Insta since April 2016, Pekka specializes in public safety system development. Prior roles include Software Engineer at Digia Plc, focusing on enterprise service bus integration design and SOA architecture, and Senior Software Developer at Tieto, where Pekka developed software for the telecom sector using C++, Java, and Python. From April 1998 to March 2012, Pekka worked with Nokia Siemens Networks, contributing to telecom network management system development, including project management and design responsibilities.
