Hatim Shafique

Hatim Shafique is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Databricks since February 2017, Hatim has played a pivotal role in driving operational success. Additionally, Hatim serves as a Board Member at War Child USA and Instabase, while also acting as an Investor and Advisor for various companies since October 2018. Prior experience includes Chief Customer Officer & SVP TechOps at AppDynamics, where Hatim managed a global support team and oversaw enterprise customer engagements, and Director of Quality Assurance at CA, Inc., leading quality engineering for a significant product line. Hatim's career began with roles in software engineering and quality assurance, and academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Sharjah.
