Matt Henry

Matt Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and fundraising. Currently serving as Global Business Development Manager at Instabase, a position held since July 2025, Matt previously managed the Sales Development team at Cockroach Labs and Sprinklr, where responsibilities included generating new business opportunities and building high-performing teams. At Sprinklr, Matt achieved recognition as a Presidents Club honoree for outstanding lead generation. In the Athletic Department of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Matt held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Development Engagement, where relationships with major donors were built, and key fundraising programs were managed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Business with a focus on Intercollegiate Athletics Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
