Simon Persson is currently serving as the Interim Head of Terminal Operations Sweden at Instabee, where they oversee operations in all Swedish terminals and manage several Site Managers. Previously, Simon worked as a Regional Manager at Instabee, leading key terminals in the Mid-Sweden region and ensuring operational excellence. Simon's diverse experience includes freelance journalism at Vestmanlands Läns Tidning and KIT.se, as well as various managerial roles at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, where they effectively improved store operations and led CSR initiatives. Educated at SAE Institute, Simon holds a certificate in Songwriting & Music Production.
