Antonis Polymenakos has over 20 years of work experience. Antonis began their career in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative at "OASIS" Video Club. In 2000, they became the Manager of OPAP Agency. Antonis then moved to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2003, where they held the role of General - secretarial duties for Sub-Saharan Africa Division A9. From 2001 to 2004, they worked in various food and beverage establishments, and at VPRC Public and Market Research Services, where they held the role of Product price monitoring. In 2005, they served in Military Service as a Secretariat support. From 2006 to 2013, they were a Station Manager at TOMASO RENT A CAR and EVDOKIA’S car & bike rental. From 2015 to 2020, they were a Station Manager and Customer Service Representative at Hertz. Currently, they are the Customer Success Lead at instacar.

Antonis Polymenakos studied at the 1st General High School of Papagou, Athens from 1997 to 1997, where they obtained a Greek Apolytirion. Antonis then attended Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences from 1999 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International European Studies Department. Antonis also obtained certifications from Signature Worldwide in 2017 for Auto Edge and Auto Upselling. Antonis also has DELF (A1-A4), Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom, and Proficiency certifications from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, and University of Cambridge, respectively.
