Amanda T. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting operations, currently serving as the Manager of Product + Design Recruiting at Instacart since October 2020, where Amanda manages a team supporting hiring efforts and leads various strategic initiatives. Prior to Instacart, Amanda worked as a consultant specializing in talent acquisition strategy, and held key roles at Nike and Asana, where recruiting efforts spanned multiple disciplines, including design and marketing. With a strong focus on team management and operational improvements, Amanda has achieved impressive close rates and has actively contributed to fostering diversity and enhancing hiring processes throughout a career marked by progressive responsibilities in prestigious organizations. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Portland State University.
