Billy Knott

Billy Knott is a product designer with extensive experience in leading design teams and developing innovative strategies. They served as Lead Product Designer at Indigo from 2022 to 2025 and are currently a Senior Product Designer at Instacart. Previously, Billy worked as a UX Teaching Associate at General Assembly, guiding students through an immersive UX Design program, and as a Content Strategist at VCCP, where they contributed to high-profile campaigns for clients like O2 and easyJet. Billy holds a degree in Geography from King’s College London and is currently pursuing a Digital Marketing qualification from Google London.
