Grace Dover

Grace Dover is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in risk management, education, and program development. Grace began as an Intern Analyst in Risk Management, ESG at Franklin Templeton Investments, contributing to policy creation and research vendor evaluation. At Smart Sparrow, as a Learning Designer and Assistant, Grace developed online lessons and received the NODA Innovative Program Award for contributions to college orientation programs. Experience as a Teacher's Assistant in Math at Design Tech High School involved coaching students in various mathematical subjects. Grace's role at Instacart included launching the Carrot Academy and leading strategic learning initiatives for over 600,000 shoppers, achieving notable trainee recommendation rates.
