Jenna Defabio

Jenna DeFabio is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional with a strong background in supporting various teams within organizations. At Instacart, Jenna served as Senior Recruiter II, focusing on building the People, Administrative, and Workplace teams. Prior roles included Founding Partner at Career Cooperative, where Jenna empowered clients through career coaching and consulting on diverse talent acquisition, and Director of Recruiting Operations and Strategy at Maven Recruiting Group, where Jenna managed recruiting operations and developed training programs.
