Marko Avdalovic

Marko Avdalovic is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in both software development and actuarial analysis. Currently employed at Instacart since November 2024, Marko previously contributed to Faire as a software engineer from April 2021 to August 2024, where a notable achievement included leading a project that improved search service performance by reducing latency by an average of 300ms. Prior to that, Marko held multiple actuarial analyst positions at Willis Towers Watson and Intact, focusing on pension evaluations and machine learning algorithms. Marko began the professional journey as a junior developer at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2020.
