Peter Kwok

Peter Kwok is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and security roles. Currently serving as a Senior Security Officer at Rowan County Public Library since March 2023, Peter is responsible for ensuring safety and adherence to library policies. From November 2019, Peter has worked as a full-time shopper for Instacart. Prior to this, a notable tenure at Richmond City Sheriff's Office from August 1994 to September 2019 included roles as Sergeant, overseeing operations in the General Criminal and Traffic Division, and as Deputy Sheriff, providing security for inmates and court personnel. Peter's background also includes military service in the United States Army as an Infantryman, where expertise in modern combat was developed, along with experience in various security and operational roles at companies such as Pinkerton Security, Royal Chevrolet, and McDonald's Corporation. Peter holds a High School Diploma from Huguenot High School, earned in 1986.
