Currently serving as the Senior Manager of International Policy at Instacart, they previously held roles at TikTok and Airbnb, where they engaged with U.S. government agencies on significant foreign policy issues. Silvia also has a background in journalism as a Special Correspondent for Newsweek, covering political, economic, and cultural matters across various international locations. They earned a master's degree in the Anthropology of Development from SOAS University of London and a bachelor's degree in Literatures and Cultures in English from Brown University.
