Trace Levinson

Trace Levinson is a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Instacart, where they have been part of the fulfillment team since 2022, focusing on machine learning, optimization, and causal inference to enhance marketplace dynamics. With a background in quantitative economics, Trace has over five years of experience in industry research and machine learning. Prior to their current role, Trace worked as a Data Scientist and held various senior positions at Instacart, as well as at the Federal Reserve Board, where they contributed to econometric modeling and data analysis for GDP and consumption forecasts. Trace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is pursuing additional studies in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
