Arthur Imbert is a Research Engineer in BioAI at InstaDeep, where the focus is on sequence modeling of proteomics data for personalized cancer vaccines since September 2023. Prior to this role, Arthur completed a PhD in Computational Biology at École des mines de Paris from January 2019 to December 2022, guided by Dr. Thomas Walter. Previous experience includes a research internship in computer vision at QuickSign, where migration of an Optical Character Recognition system from Keras to TensorFlow occurred, as well as an apprenticeship as a ski instructor with ESF Ecole du Ski Français. Additionally, Arthur has held research internships in machine learning at Inria, data science consulting at Kynapse, and economics research at Centre de Sciences Humaines (CSH Delhi). Academic qualifications include an MSc in Data Science from École Polytechnique, an MSc in Statistics and Economics from ENSAE Paris, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
