Lucien Walewski

Lucien Walewski is a Machine Learning Research Engineer at InstaDeep since November 2024, specializing in fine-tuning multi-modal LLMs. Prior experience includes participation in the Hack4good program at the Analytics Club at ETH, where collaboration with a team resulted in an automated analysis pipeline for a mobile application aimed at reducing post-harvest loss. Lucien also completed a Bachelor's thesis on Video Summarization at École Polytechnique, worked as a Data Scientist at Esker France developing classification algorithms, and held internships at Renault and Eiffage Génie Civil. Education includes a Master of Science in Data Science from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from École Polytechnique.
