Valerii Markin

Valerii Markin has a diverse work experience in the field of research, machine learning, and data science. Valerii started their career as a Data Science Intern at Sberbank in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Machine Learning Specialist at Yandex. Valerii then pursued a Research Internship in AI at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in 2020. Valerii later joined ETH Zürich as a Summer Research Intern in 2021. Currently, Valerii is employed at InstaDeep Ltd, where they have held the roles of Research Engineer Intern and Research Engineer since April and October 2022, respectively.

Valerii Markin attended Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, Valerii pursued further education at École Polytechnique, obtaining a Master's degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
