Tugba Dogan

Tugba Dogan is an experienced professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as a Sales- & Marketing Managerin at INSTADRIVE since December 2023, focused on B2C and B2B sales, key account management, customer care, and new customer acquisition. Previously, Tugba Dogan worked at BAWAG Group from September 2019 to December 2023, initially in customer service and later as a Sales SPOC in Customer Management, where responsibilities included leading and motivating a team of 120 sales employees, developing sales strategies, organizing training sessions, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with stakeholders for process optimizations.
