Feng Lu

Feng Lu is currently the Data Team Lead at Instaffo, focusing on human resource search and recommendation systems. Previously, Feng served as a Senior Data Scientist at Randstad Groep Nederland, where they led multilingual search initiatives and contributed to ethical AI in hiring through the EU-funded FINDHR project. Feng began their career as a Junior Data Scientist at FD Mediagroep, developing award-winning news recommender systems, and later refined search algorithms as a Data Scientist at bol.com. They are pursuing both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science, along with an exchange program at National Chiao Tung University.
