Michaela Strähle has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Student Research Assistant at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg. Michaela then interned at Fiducia & GAD IT AG as a Human Resources Intern in 2013 before moving on to be a Student Research Assistant at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal (FH) from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at eat-the-world GmbH and as a Placement Executive at ASB Internship Solutions Ltd. Michaela then interned at Deutsche Telekom as a Qualification Management Intern from 2017 to 2018. Most recently, Michaela has worked at Instaffo, starting as an Expert Manager from 2018 to 2019, then transitioning to a Customer Success Manager from 2019 to 2020, and currently holding the position of Team Lead Operations since 2020.
