Arda Acikalin

Arda Acikalin has worked in various roles since 2010, beginning with a volunteer position at AFS Intercultural Programmes. In 2011, they were a Trainee at ASE Elektronik, which involved administrative, marketing, and sales activities. In 2013, they worked in Marketing at Aalto University, where they were responsible for marketing the program to high-school students in Finland. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Key Client Manager at Management Events, where they were in charge of finding creative methods to contact key executives of Fortune 500 companies. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Country Manager Turkey Bonusway/Artıway at Bonusway, where they were responsible for data analysis and strategy generation for increased sales and customer acquisition. Arda is currently the Digital Growth Manager at Instagrid.

Arda Acikalin obtained their High School degree from Saint Benoit French High in 2012, where they studied Turkish and Mathematics. Arda then attended Aalto University from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Business. Afterward, they continued their studies at Aalto University and obtained a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a CAE from the University of Cambridge in 2010, a Delf B2 from Fundación CIEP in 2009, and a Toefl from ETS Europe in 2013.
