Heike O'Donnell

Heike O'Donnell began their career in 1993 as an Auditor at KPMG Audit. In 1995, they moved to Schlumberger Ltd as a Finance Director, where they earned successive promotions into increasingly responsible senior finance positions. In 2002, they became the VP Finance at Hilite International, followed by VP Europe at Micro Target Media in 2006. In 2008, they were hired as a Project Manager & Deputy CFO at Cable & Wireless Communications, and in 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Payworks. In 2020, they took on the role of CFO at instagrid, where they are building a portable power system without direct emissions.

Heike O'Donnell's education history includes a degree in European Finance & Accounting from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences and EM Normandie Business School, obtained between 1989 and 1993. Heike also holds certifications in Impact Investing from ESSEC Executive Education, Driving Business towards Sustainable Development Goals from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, and Tax Management from Schlumberger, obtained in 2020, 2020, and 1997 respectively.
