Jan H. has worked in the automotive industry since 2013, when they joined Leab Automotive GmbH as a Vertriebsingenieur. In 2022, they moved to Instagrid, where they currently serve as a Key-Account-Manager.

Jan H. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Energy and Environmental Management EEM from Hochschule Flensburg between 2008 and 2013. In 2012, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing-Management, allgemein from the Ocean University of China. Jan also obtained a Commercial Clerk certification from BBZ Schleswig between 2004 and 2005.
