Mischa Nicklaus

Mischa Nicklaus is currently the Head of Engineering at Instagrid, where they focus on the development of transportable power solutions. They previously held roles at Bosch Power Tools as Group Leader and Director of Engineering, overseeing the test laboratory for lithium-ion cells and leading the central engineering department for batteries and chargers. Mischa's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Material and Energy Sciences from Université INRS and a Diplom Physiker from RWTH Aachen University. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a self-employed web designer and IT consultant, as well as a student employee at Philips Technologie GmbH, where they worked on high-performance LED applications.
