Maniha Sami has a diverse work experience. From 2014 to 2019, they worked for a number of companies in various roles. In 2014, they were a Summer Intern at WWF. In 2018, they were a Marketing Executive at The Oasis Golf & Aqua Resort (Pvt.) Ltd., where they created an annual marketing plan and brought in a revenue of Rs. 7M. From 2016 to 2017, they held various roles at AIESEC, including Organising Committee President Annual Recruitment 2017, Director Business to Consumers, Director Marketing and Communications Annual Recruitment, and Director Stakeholder Management. Finally, in 2019, they were a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Instakin, where they grew organic social media outreach by 700%, initialized and marketed two new services, automated sales and marketing process through CRM, and created a Sales Funnel and used Analytics to forecast roadmap.

Maniha Sami attended the Lahore Grammar School from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained A levels. Maniha then attended the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management.
