As of December 31, 2011, Instal Krakow SA was a parent entity of a capital group that included the Company's four subsidiaries, Frapol Sp. z o.o., Biprowumet Sp. z o.o, BTH Instalacje Sp. z o.o. and Wamstal Sp. z o.o.
