Berit Autrata is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as a Junior HR People & Culture Managerin at Rausgegangen since July 2024, Autrata previously held the position of Projektmanagerin im Bereich Rekrutierung at infas Institut für angewandte Sozialwissenschaft GmbH for a brief period in early 2024. Autrata's experience includes serving as both HR-Managerin and Talent Acquisition Managerin at Installion GmbH from August 2022 to March 2024, and undertaking marketplace research at Cosuno between October 2021 and September 2022. Autrata is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, expected to be completed in 2024.
