Jason Padilla

Jason Padilla has work experience as a Software Engineer at InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they completed the Netflix Pathways Java Developer Bootcamp in partnership with U2 Education from January 2022 to June 2022. During the bootcamp, they gained skills in Java foundations, object-oriented programming, and creating RESTful applications. Jason also participated in a mentorship program with a current Netflix professional. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Expert at Target from August 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating and modifying the store's work schedule, assisting with employee onboarding, and implementing strategic HR programs.

Jason Padilla received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine between 2016 and 2021. In 2019, they obtained a Full Stack Developer Certificate in Web Development from Coding Dojo. Additionally, in December 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
