Leo McMenimen

Leo McMenimen is a healthcare technology executive with extensive experience in driving efficiency, innovation, and results. They previously held leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, where they created and managed the Business Architecture team and led multiple successful post-merger integrations, and at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they directed an organization of over 1,000 professionals and spearheaded transformational initiatives. Leo currently serves as Vice President of Healthcare Payments at InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, advising on the alignment between payer operations and banking solutions. They earned a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and are pursuing an MBA in Health Care Administration from La Salle University.
