Subramanyam Putcha has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Subramanyam'sfirst job was at Dell as a Technical Support Associate from 2010 to 2011. Subramanyam then moved to Knoah Solutions as a Voice Support Officer and Technical Recruiter from 2011 to 2012. After that, they were employed by RightSource Global Systems Pvt Ltd as an HR Operations (Recruitment & Selection, Administration) from 2012 to 2013. Subramanyam then worked as a Front End Supervisor at Indali Lounge from 2013 to 2015. Subramanyam then worked as a Recruitment Consultant as a Freelancer from 2015 to 2017. After that, they worked at Phoenix Business Consulting (PBC) as an Assistant Pre Sales - SAP Business Consultant from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are employed by Posidex as a Human Resources Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2010 and 2012.
