Ben Snape

Ben Snape has worked in various roles across a range of companies since 1998. Ben began their career at Paramet Limited as an Analyst/Programmer, and then moved to Willis in 1999 in the same role. In 2001, they joined Chubb Insurance as a Business Analyst. In 2004, Ben Snape worked as a Business Analyst Team Leader at Swiss Re and a Project Manager at Theircox. From 2006 to 2007, they were a Senior Consultant at F2X Group Ltd and Director at F2X Solutions Ltd. During their time at Aspen from 2007 to 2015, they held roles as a Portfolio Manager/Head of Delivery, Programme Manager, and Project Manager. Ben Snape most recently joined INSTANDA in 2022 as the COO - EMEA.

Ben Snape attended Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1988 to 1995, after which they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography at UCL from 1995 to 1998. Ben also holds certifications from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School (Ashridge Advanced Management Programme, obtained in August 2015), QA Ltd (Agile Certified ScrumMaster) and APMG-International (Prince 2 Certified Practitioner).
